I use a plugin for article ratings on my blog to gather feedback from people. The classic 5-star rating system, from worst to best. With just one click, I get feedback on what people like on my blog and what may not be as successful.

I tried to use UserFeedback before but unfortunately had to delete it right away because the free version is super limited in features. Installed PollMaker next and I was happy with it. If you have the budget though, the premium plans of UserFeedback are packed with very useful features, not to mention that is made specifically to collect and analyze user feedback. In contrast, PollMaker is more of a generall voting plugin.

I’m planning opening a website about books, more portal than blog with reviews. I want to have 2 scores – from verified staff (my team) and from anyone visiting website. Ideal any reader can leave a 1-5 star (and a text review if he wants) but his 1-5 stars should be separate form team 1-5 stars and displayed as such. I have no idea how to do it. Or is it even worth it and i should leave only visitors score and put our team score in the text? What you guys suggest?
