I’m currently seeking a solution for a company website where a chat function would serve as the first line of quick customer support, seamlessly integrated with a comprehensive knowledge base to help users resolve basic issues on their own. The Heoric KB AI Assistant really caught my attention, as it appears to fulfill both of these needs effectively. Given that it’s a corporate website with a slightly higher budget for such tools, the pricing also seems quite reasonable. It looks like a robust option, and since I use ChatGPT almost daily, I’m definitely eager to explore this plugin further. I’m confident it could be the perfect solution, and I plan to propose it as our go-to tool for customer support.

It’s integration with Analytics and email makes me love it, although no have not tried the rest but maybe in future.

Another great list of useful tool for making an easy chatbot for our websites.
I have not implemented any of these as I didn’t get the need to , but maybe I would need to explore these options for myself or for my clients.
I will definitely go through these and explore these options.
