    Thanks for this post, been looking for a good solution for live chat as I feel too many customers are leaving the site with unanswered questions and I am at my desk almost all the time, I might as well have a live chat and try to help convert visitors by answering their questions.

      I saw few comments about Quick Chat slowing down your website but haven’t seen any complains for others. I know with some providers, the chat window sometimes appears with a bit of a delay but it shouldn’t slow down your entire website.
