I have started using Hosting recently and my experience with the Support Team has been amazing so far..
Yesterday I had the request regarding the Migration of my site, which might take a couple of days, but Hostinger Support did it in just a day.
Today I had a query about the databases and again the support team was there to help me out with all the concerns…
I have a positive feeling that amazing support will continue and I will enjoy my investment!

I sent an online form request for them to contact me back on email and they did within an hour and a half, that’s not bad for a general site enquiry form. They answered my question/query straight away and resolved an issue which I had. I am very pleased with their response.
