Please make sure that you have changed the DNS on your domain already before sending request. If you don’t know how to do that then include that in your message.

After the installation is complete, and you are satisfied we remove all information regarding your website, so your information is safe with us. The only reason we ask for the temporary Control Panel access is to create the MYSQL database and set up professional email(s). We can set up email account for you with the name you desire, so please include that in the message box.
We try to get back to our users as quick as we can, but due to time constraints and enormous amount of requests please give us at least 24 hours before sending us any follow-up email.
